Trish has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofits and federal, state, and local government organizations. During this tremendous cycle of change, Trish is focused on helping a diverse network of institutions and organizations understand how to access and leverage stimulus funding, and other sources, to adapt to changing dynamics with relevant solutions.

She specializes in breaking down large, almost intractable challenges to identify and execute solutions and transform a client’s work to achieve practical results that make a difference in organizations and communities. She supports our clients through the life cycle of their initiatives. This includes monitoring landscapes, leadership cycles, and budgets to identify trends and opportunities and applies those insights to develop strategies and execution plans. Once a project is launched, Trish also helps clients monitor progress and opportunities to pivot to address market changes.
